Frequently asked questions:
Do you only do album design, or do you provide the entire service from
design to bind?
We can do it either way. We can create a beautiful design and send you the layered
PSD and JPEG files, or we can continue on and produce an album ready for you to
deliver to your customer.
How many images should I send?
For the album, we recommend sending 3-3 1/2 images per side (a page is considered
2 sides.) Since most albums are designed as panoramas, each panorama is considered 2
sides. In addition to the album images, we suggest creating a second folder for the
edited balance of your images.
How should I send my images?
Most photographers prefer to send their images to us on a CD/DVD. We ask that you
categorize your images into separate folders - pre wedding, ceremony, formals, etc.
Do you just make the flush mount album or do you also have the Coffee
Table Books?
We provide both the flush mount albums and the Coffee Table Books with a variety
of covers.
What is the turn around time?
Typically, the design time is 3-5 days in studio and the album, about two weeks from
approval.
You say the album is ready about 2 weeks from approval. Do we, and the
bride, have a chance to see the design before finalizing it?
Definitely. Once we complete the design, we will post it on the internet for you and your
customer to view and request changes. Once we have approval, that is when the album
is ordered.
Am I limited to the number of pages/sides I can order?
Some places will restrict you to a certain number of pages/sides. With us, all our designs
and albums are custom designed in accordance with the number of images you submit.
Do I have any say in what the design looks like?
Most definitely. Just tell us the style you like, whether it be plain and simple, elegant,
or jazzy. Remember, you are the photographer and we want the design to represent you.
